Delegate Barnhart moved to amend the bill on page 8, section 15, line 173, by striking out the following words: “Grants of financial assistance that have received initial approval” and inserting in lieu thereof: “All of the presentations for grants of financial assistance to the School Building Authority”

And,

On page 8, section 15, line 175, after the word “plan.” by inserting the following proviso: Provided That, nothing in this subsection may be construed to mandate that initial approval of a proposal must be obtained in order for the bond to appear on the ballot upon the holding of a county election.

And,

On page 8, section 15, line 180, after the word “project.” by inserting the following: This subsection does not apply to projects initiated prior to July 1, 2022.
